McClaren Park's trails are perfect for a 3-6 mile trail run. This group is for anyone who wants to run trails but doesn't want to get in the car to go running. 9-10 minute milers, dogs OK. Perfect for that mid-week late afternoon/evening training run. Casual, non-competitive.

Calling all Trail Runners! We love running on the dirt. Trail running is way more fun than running on the pavement, around noisy cars and unhealthy exhaust. We get to be one with nature. Hills and mountains are our friends. The trails allow less impact on the body than running on pavement and we use more muscles groups which makes us stronger.
